Teesside’s Communicate Technology PLC celebrates hitting £1m of reported sales for the first time in a quarter as it heads up national growth and is set to break further records in quarter 4.

The IT and telecoms specialist provides a complete portfolio of services to clients in multi-occupancy commercial properties and business parks across the UK. Working in partnership with agents and landlords, Communicate designs packages for businesses to make their journey into serviced offices simpler and smoother. Communicate provide every aspect of technology that businesses need from internet connectivity, telecoms, Cloud services, cyber security to technology support that is completely flexible to be able to respond to today’s fast-moving market conditions.

Communicate’s turnover is currently tracking 61 percent ahead of the same period in 2016 and 75 percent ahead of the previous quarter’s results of £1m, with a forecast of £1.75m for the final quarter of 2017’s financial year. This comes as no surprise after recently signing a partnership agreement with Property Initiatives, as well as several major city centre and business park initiatives has enabled Communicate to exceed forecasts.

Over the past 12 months Communicate has experienced extensive growth, with a key acquisition of an information security and data protection product and services provider, Landscape Networks, and the connection of five Property Initiatives buildings in London and one in Cardiff, as well as strengthening the senior management team. The national growth plan has had a significant increase in sales revenue for quarter 3 along with confirmed orders for quarter 4. Communicate anticipates an increase of 100 percent in group revenue for the full year 2017 and a run rate of £5m for a full 12 months.

CEO Tony Snaith said: “Over the past year Communicate’s growth has been significant, we have exceeded all forecasts across the group and are set to grow further, with future sales of over £2m already booked for financial year 2018.”

The pace has been set for Communicate’s success and they have no intention of slowing down.
