Communicate PLC acquires Landscape Networks to add strong IT security capabilities to this rapid growth business model
London, 16th May 2017 – Communicate PLC, one of the FT1000 fastest growing businesses in Europe has acquired Landscape Networks Ltd, an Information Security, Secure LAN/WAN Infrastructure, Data Protection product and services provider, to enhance its core Telecoms and IT Services portfolio. The acquisition adds the best IT security solutions to Communicate's unique mix of on campus technology services to small to medium size businesses on high quality business parks and buildings across the UK.
Communicate PLC have achieved rapid growth over the past 12-18 months to gain a well-deserved 228th place in the FT1000 fastest growing European company ranking, putting them number 42 in the UK and number 2 in the North East as of April 2017. The acquisition of Landscape Networks adds a further £2m revenue to the companies already rapid progress.
With a strong acquisition strategy Communicate PLC are in a good position to accelerate growth over the next few years. Last year Communicate acquired Touchdown Offices Limited, in a move to add a strong SIP telephony and mobile telecoms capability to the mix. This acquisition combined with the latest Landscape purchase increases the breadth of their service offer and international geographic spread, across the globe.
